Terms of Use
These terms describe how you may use the LDKTech Studio website and the boundaries of its content, concept portfolio, and Google Forms inquiry flow. They are not legal advice.
About the studio and website
LDKTech Studio is an independent game studio in Vietnam. The website presents creative direction, game-development services, and interactive experiences for livestream creators.
Current portfolio entries are illustrative concepts or demo concepts. They are not claims about a released game, client, partner, award, player count, rating, launch date, or platform availability.
Acceptable use
You may view, link to, and refer to public content for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, infringe third-party rights, or use the website for unlawful activity.
Content and ownership
Names, copy, design, source code, and visual assets on the website may belong to LDKTech Studio or be used under a licence or recorded source. Access to the website does not transfer ownership or grant commercial reuse rights.
There is currently no specialised public channel for infringement notices or website-content requests. Do not send those requests to privacy@ldktechstudio.com; that address is limited to privacy requests. A different channel or process must be separately approved by the owner before publication.
Google Forms and inquiries
The Contact page opens Google Forms, an external service provided by Google. Use of Google Forms is governed by Google’s terms, cookies, and privacy policy.
Submitting an inquiry does not form a contract, confirm project acceptance, reserve availability, or promise a response time. Do not submit passwords, government identifiers, payment data, health or biometric data, children’s information, or confidential third-party material.
Submission does not permit LDKTech Studio to publish the content, name, or logo or use it as a testimonial; separate permission is required.
External links and services
The website may link to Google and other external websites. LDKTech Studio does not operate those services and does not present their terms or policies as LDKTech Studio’s own. Review the external service information before use.
Availability and changes
LDKTech Studio aims to keep information accurate but does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item will remain complete. Content, concepts, and services may be changed or removed. A change that materially affects the data flow or user rights must be reviewed before it takes effect.
Privacy
The current-language Privacy Policy explains the Google Forms flow, information collected, purposes, access, retention, privacy requests, and the EU-user limitations.
Governing law and legal limitations
LDKTech Studio operates from Vietnam. This content contract does not select governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, or a legal liability limit because those terms have not been approved by the owner and qualified legal counsel.
Any mandatory law that applies remains unaffected. Specific application requires assessment of the relevant circumstances.
