Privacy Policy
LDKTech Studio uses Google Forms for project and creator/LIVE inquiries. The website only explains the processing and opens the external form; it does not receive inquiry content directly.
Information collected
Google requires you to sign in, and Google Forms collects your verified Google email address. Depending on the inquiry type, the form may ask for your name, goal, scope, timeline, LIVE format, host count, branding needs, and message. Please do not submit passwords, government identifiers, payment data, health or biometric data, precise location, children's information, or confidential third-party material.
How an inquiry is sent
Contact-page actions open Google Forms in a new tab with the inquiry type and language prefilled. You can review or change those choices before submitting. Submission does not mean that a project is accepted, availability is reserved, or a response time is promised.
Why we process it
We use the information to review and respond to the specific inquiry, assess fit, clarify scope, and keep an inquiry record. Submission does not grant consent for marketing, publication, logo use, or testimonials; those purposes require separate permission.
Processors, storage, and access
Google Forms and Google Sheets process and store responses in Google Forms and one private Google Sheet. Access belongs only to the owner's Google account; there are no collaborators. Google sign-in and Google services are subject to Google's terms, cookies, and privacy policy. The owner may receive an email notification for a new response.
Retention
Responses are retained until the owner manually deletes them; there is no automatic deletion schedule. When you request deletion, we will verify the request proportionately and handle data under the studio's control, unless a valid legal obligation requires retention.
Analytics and other systems
The website does not activate a CRM, marketing automation, behavioral analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, or tracking cookies for this inquiry flow. Information is not sent through a website submission endpoint.
Your rights and contact
You may ask about processing, access or correct your information, withdraw consent, request deletion or restriction, or object by emailing privacy@ldktechstudio.com.
Security, incidents, and changes
We apply least-privilege access and appropriate account safeguards. If a data incident occurs, the studio will contain it, assess its scope, and make notifications required by applicable law. If processing changes, this policy and its update date will be revised before the change takes effect where the law requires it.
